Full automatic coated food production line can finish the process of forming, battering, breading, frying. High level of automation, easy operation and cleaning.

Batter and breading products are becoming very popular on the food market. Coated food processing line can complete the step of coating of various products automatically. It has short cleaning time and high hygiene standards. Stainless steel made, safe and reliable ,in conformity with the standard of HACCP, and got the CE authorization.

We have developed the machines for automatic coating of some special products. 

1. Soft products, Ball products. (such as Eggs, breaded Oyster, ..etc)

2. Products with tails. (Such as butterfly shrimps, breaded shrimps, Fish fillet,..etc)

3. Application for Various bread crumbs (Japanese-style breadcrumbs, Panko, extrusion crumbs)

4. Equipment which can apply breadcrumbs or four

5. Highly automatic production line, automatic feed batter and breadcrumbs.

Parameters:

Meat( poultry, beef, mutton, pork), aquatic( fish, shrimp), vegetables( potato, pumpkin, green beans), cheese and their compound.
